LATAP is an acronym for the Trinity Alps Preserve landowners (also known as the Trinity Alps Preserve Property Owners Association in our CC&Rs). Do not be confused. We are not the so-called "corporation" who has attempted to wrest control of our roads from us.. We are the landowners and original association...we do care about adequate road access to our properties, and we do work for you!
