We are the people who have purchased property within the parcel map area called the Trinity Alps Preserve (TAP).  We are neighbors and have a contractual agreement with each other through our CC&Rs, which are attached to 188 of the 292 parcels within this record of survey.  This contract is to maintain and preserve the roads within the TAP boundaries.  We include Shasta Acres lots to our association. 

We have a responsibility to take care of our roads.  However, over the past five years this has not been an easy thing to do, since a private corporation endeavored to take that control from us, without our consent.  Now that we know we do not have to let them do that, we are asserting our right to take care of the roads ourselves.
