This site will house documents related to LATAP organization and information about court actions as we receive them from landowners.
Already two court actions have sent TAPPOA, Inc. back to the drawing board with no judgement: one regarding Shasta Acres land lots, one regarding Trinity Alps Preserve lots.
At the last word, the TAPPOA, Inc. is not functioning according to its bylaws. You do not have to send them any money at all ... unless you want them to represent you.
We encourage landowners to support LATAP's efforts to get our roads back in drivable condition by sending your road fee of $60 to us. If you have already paid TAPPOA, Inc. for 2011, please send us a copy of your receipt or cancelled check and we will honor your payment for this year.
We want everyone to join in and work together on our roads. We are all volunteeers, and we are all neighbors. |
